About the Author
Allison Trowbridge is a writer, speaker, and social entrepreneur who is passionate about empowering millennial women to impact their world. She has spent the past decade working against human trafficking and modern-day slavery, first at Not For Sale and presently with The Freedom Fund. She is a partner at Just Business, an impact investment firm addressing the root causes of slavery, and she advises social enterprises and nonprofits on strategy, branding, and partnerships. Allison is a MBA candidate at Oxford University and graduated from Westmont College in 2008. She currently lives in New York City.

A dose of real encouragement and timeless wisdom

Having lived through so many of the same experiences, pressures and expectations not too long ago, Twenty Two accurately depicts those life changing years. The book is filled with real adventures and encouragement. I found it to be relatable and funny but still hitting on all the key advice and life experiences that I want my little sisters and close friends to hear and learn from. A pre-ordered copy was waiting for my 21 year old sister, and I am ordering one for all the young women in my life that I live far from and need a boost of encouragement. I am also definitely gifting my soon to be 15 year old sister one because the advice is so timeless!

I highly recommend this lovely book. It's creative and inspiring. Allison has done a fantastic job delivering her deeply encouraging and moving thoughts and stories. A great read for anyone and everyone!

What a refreshing point of view about what it is like to be 22 with a hindsight look at what one wishes they had known. I plan to give a hard copy gift to every young woman (man) I think would benefit from this perspective.
